Q: My watch appears to have stopped functioning, what can I do to remedy this?
A: First try rebooting it, to do this hold down the function button (at the side of your watch) for at least 10 seconds, the screen will turn off and the Delvfire 'D' logo will appear, this means that your watch has been rebooted successfully. If the problem persist, we recommend emailing our support team for further assistance: support@delvfire.com
Q: Why has my heart rate, SpO2 and/or stress monitor stopped working?
A: You can reset all sensors by rebooting your watch, to do this hold down the function button (at the side of your watch) for around 10 seconds.
